• The bunk beds are designed with thick 2-1/2" solid hardwood square posts, plywood instead of solid wood bed rails prevent warping and splitting and are secured through posts with steel bolts, a wood slat mattress support system fastens to bed rails with screws for each slat, and guard rails and ladders are secured with screws and wooden dowel pins for sturdy feel.
• The beds have metal reinforced fasteners where bed rails and posts attach.
• Cases are made with mortise and tenon construction and offer dust bottoms provide extra structure.
